Aunt Jean and Mom (twins) (Eugenia P. Wainwright) (Josephine L. Wainwright)	Ingredients for Strawberry Shortcake 4 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 4 tsp sugar 1 cup shortening 1 & 1/2 cups milk
Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 9" cake pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for about 40 minutes. Check at 30 minutes with a toothpick if not done, of course, bake longer. Usually takes 40 minutes.
