Ingredients for Aunt Jean's Salad Dressing
  • 4 eggs (beaten good)
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 8 Tbsp top of milk
  • scant 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar (any kind)
Put vinegar on stove in small sauce pan & let it get hot. Mix all other ingredients together. Take vinegar off stove & mix it altogether then put back on stove and sitr constantly until comes to boil and thickens. Let cool. When using mix 3/4 cup with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Serving suggestions:
Good for potato salad and cole slaw. Use full strength for asparagus. You can warm it or use it cold.
