Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 10 oz. Cracker Barrell Extra Sharp Cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • milk
  • plain bread crumbs
  • butter
Grease baking dish with small pat of butter. Shred cheese into baking dish, while cooking macaroni (Don't over cook, leave slightly al dente.) Rinse macs & drain. Add to cheese & mix together. Pour milk in until not quite covering macs. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Put 6 or 7 small 1/2 pats of butter on top of crumbs. Salt and pepper. Bake 350 degrees about an hour.

Serve with Helen's Hotdogs.
